Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through the enquiry form on this website. The tree surgery service advertised here is run by Newtons Tree Services, and Newtons Tree Services is responsible for the information you provide (the data controller). What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, and the details of your enquiry. We collect this so we can reply to you and quote for the work you’re asking about. We don’t use it for anything else, and we don’t sell it.

How it reaches us

Enquiries submitted here are handled on our behalf by a service provider that runs the form and passes your message through to us. They process your details only to deliver your enquiry to us and keep a record of it, and only under our instructions. Your details are stored on secure systems and kept only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and no longer than necessary.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Just email jack@newtonstreeservices.co.uk and we’ll sort it out. If you’re ever unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we’d always rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
